Our History
I found my second career through volunteer work at a local church. Through that service I discovered the world of human resources and learned that when used as a tool can help any business grow. This began my journey that has led to JayShare. My HR experience spans over a decade through multiple industries and in the non-profit and for-profit sectors. I have seen the good, the bad and ugly and want to share what I have learned to help others.
